I have preferred guided classes. I like Orange Theory incorporates weights into the program. I like the armbands and the tracking. I like the incentives also. I also like the people that work there.

love that its a mix of workout in just one hour. like the updated treads and most of all like the weight part of it. I also love the 50min weight lift. I also love that you get to be in control as to how hard you want to work to stay in the orange zone!
I love the small setting, it’s less distracting and more motivating compared to a regular gym. It’s also a bonus to have personal trainers providing guidance and encouragement throughout each sessions specifically during the challenges.

I get a great workout in every class, and every class is different. The coaches are upbeat and friendly. They keep an eye out for me and help me correct my execution of exercises when needed. I like getting an email immediately after each class, showing me stats from my workout. OTF is an important part of my regiment to stay fit and healthy.
From the minute I walk in the door, I feel the energy. No matter your fitness level, everyone makes it easier to push yourself to try just a little harder. I love the diversity of the workouts. The mix keeps me engaged and prevents any workout boredom. Thank you OTF New Hyde Park!
I love that even though I have been a member since February, I have never done the same routine twice. I love the friendliness of the front desk staff. The fact that they know my name and give a personal greeting and encouragement each time I go in. Lauren in particular stands out for her welcoming smile and greeting. The instructors are fantastic and helpful and push you to do your personal best. That's the other best part- you don't compare yourself to others. My top speed when I started was 3 on the treadmill and nobody said you have to do X. They encourage you to push past your comfort zone and to work hard but it's not cookie cutter for everyone. I am up to 7 and nobody checks that. I have lost 35 pounds so far and I love it!
