I liked the cardiovascular part. I struggle with getting cardio into my workouts.
I like that it hits everything in a hour.
I like everything but the $12 cancellation fee. If the class is completely booked a fee makes sense. When there are spots available the fee is nonsense for the price of the membership. Orange Theory East Northport is absolutely great, the company policy of the fee should be re-evaluated.
