I like that is reservation based. Choosing a time to workout helps me plan for it in my day, and the 12$ fee for not showing up helps get me in the car. I like to breaks in between the exercises as needed. It calms any anxiety I have about going, reminding myself that I will have time to breathe. I love that the workout is a full body workout and that it changes frequently. I know that in that hour, my entire body is getting the exercise it needs to become stronger and stay healthy over my lifespan. The variety keeps my interest going as the same workout creates boredom. The music is always good and its loud enough for me to sing my way through the workout!!

What I like about this workout , is that is challenging everyday. The up and down of your heart rate keeps your body striving for more.

The variation
It was my first time at OT, it was a great workout! I’m sore today… a good sore! They play good tunes and have excellent energetic trainers.
I like the coaches very much and the front office staff is very helpful. I work up a great sweat. The only thing I would ask is if you could play some rock and roll every now and then. I am old and I grew up in the 60s
Very motivating! I also like how I am able to work to my maximum potential, even if it is not at the pace at the rest of the class. I promise I was working hard, and have the sore muscles to prove it!

I never thought I could be the person running on the treadmill at 6am, but here I am. I love that each workout is different, and the coaches keep you motivated throughout. It's nice that the workouts are in blocks, so you feel like each part is very attainable. I can do anything for 5 minutes right?
I also love the heart rate monitor and that you have goals to hit each workout.
The music is also solid, and the space feels clean and friendly.
I took my first class last week after a two year hiatus because of my cancer diagnosis. It felt so good to be back but I was nervous as to how my new body would respond to the intense workout.
Coach Alyssa was helpful, supportive and kept the energy in the room alive with her awesome music and motivational commentary - she is seriously so good at her job. I felt better after that workout than I have in two years. I can’t wait for my next class!
