I love OTF! The workouts are always different but challenging. The music is fun, the desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are motivating, helpful and full of spirit. I love the theme days, the signature workouts and the general way they help you get involved and not just in the same old routine. The flexibility is great - I can get into any class I want and can cancel if something comes up. Simply said, I love OTF!!!
OTF came into my life during my lowest time where I was depressed, overweight and had no zeal. Each and every coach has pushed me daily, be it increasing my base to All Outs.
There was a time when I had injury and Emily asked me to take rest to come back stronger.
Emily and Giro made sure to callout my name and push me every single day.
The amount of push that I have got from each and every coach - Emily, Giro, Jackie, Amanda, Sarah, Arianna is just amazing. The classes are fun and the new format is very challenging. Music and the environment is just the highlight of my day.
From being a slow walker to a runner - I owe it to the awesome coaches! Each and every coach is so supportive that I can't think of not being there on a daily basis. OTF has definitely become my second home!

Everything. I live the fact that is class is different even though it consists of tread,rower and weight room. I am addicted.
I did not begin exercising regularly until my early 50’s (shameful, I know). I tried going to a gym and did my own “workout” and quickly became bored. Signed up for Orange Theory and WOW, this is what I needed! It’s structured, efficient and fun. A group workout, in an hour , guided by a trained coach with music and a real sense of community. No judgment, just a great sweat , challenging classes and a true feeling of accomplishment after each class. I feel healthy and strong 💪 Best decision about my health that I have ever made.
It keeps me motivated and I push myself but feel comfortable going at my own pace
It’s challenging everytime
What I like about my OTF workout-- in 60 minutes I am able to do cardio, weight training, work on my balance, build confidence all while being monitored and motivated by my OTF COACH.
The intensity and the motivation you guys provide is great and you make and sweat I’m hooked

ORANGE THEORY ROCKS!! THE COACHES ARE MOTIVATING AND KEEP YOU MOTIVATED THROUGHOUT THE CLASS. THE BEST PART IS THE COACHES ARE READY AND PUMPED AT OUR 5 AM CLASSES. THUS FAR MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEEN AMAZING.

For lift classes I’d recommend being more efficient with time in the class construction. There’s too much time wasted moving weights from one part of the studio to the next. Also we need more and heavier weights. I’d love for the classes to be structured with more actual lifting involved
Great atmosphere, knowledgeable and engaging coaches, clean and organized studio.
Luv the intensity of the workouts. I also luv power days. I push myself for an hour and I wouldn’t do that on my own. Coaches like Angelo play music that motivates me. I get to more classes in the Summertime so luv this time of year @ OTF GCP/NHP!!
We don’t have flexibility. We cant cancel classes. Things come up, and we need flexibility.
I like that it is 1 hour of instruction with a coach that motivates you to push yourself to reach higher goals.
If I were to go to a regular gym I would not be as motivated to keep striving to be better.
Very motivating and it's always different.
