I like the coach-led classes that are constantly changing. I like that the coaches give positive encouragement and ensure my form is correct. And I like the team environment, especially at this location.
The coaching is top notch-the cues, the goals they give you for each part of the workout, the why behind each exercise you do, the inspiration and positive encouragement means a lot to me too. I love the variety and definitely the challenges, benchmarks and the stats you get at the end of a workout.
The coaches are incredible! They guide and encourage you through the workouts. Format is fast paced and lots of fun! Simply the best workout there is!
I like that the workout templates have been written by experts in fitness. Every movement, every tread block, every row, has a purpose behind it. I like that I don't have to think about my workouts or what I'm going to do each day, I just come in and am coached through an effective whole body workout with purpose and intention.
I like the ability to monitor my heart rate because it tells me when I'm "going hard" (orange) without pushing myself too hard (red). I also like the combination weight lifting and cardio, and the great speakers. It is also very close to my work, which is helpful.

First loved the coach, Connie she is awesome! Loved how OTF mixed up the cardio with the strength, I left feeling like I got a whole body wirkout. Finally, loved the atmosphere and music, everyone was super nice and it made a tough workout fun!

Love the staff here...they are friendly, accommodating, and motivating! Isaiah is the best! You can tell he really cares about his job and the clients! He is genuine in his motivation everyday. I travel further to this location even though I have another OT closer!

The encouragement and guidance of the coaches.
Coach Amanda is awesome - give that woman a raise. I like her for many reasons but I especially appreciate that 2/3rds of the way in she often adds words about how and why OT training helps prepare you to be a little more determined and have a bit more endurance in other areas of life. She is not cliche or Pollyanna in her motivation. She hits the right tone and the right moment, consistently.
I appreciate that you only charge $5 for forgetting the wristband. It is enough to encourage me to remember mine but not so much that it is annoying. The OT gyms around the Washington, DC area charge $10 and that left me feeling unappreciated and scolded. It felt like I was being punished for being bad. It is 50% of the cost of a class afterall! The $5 leaves me feeling annoyed with myself but not annoyed with OT.
Having a target of 12 splats is great. I love that I feel challenged to compete against myself. I rarely feel a competitive vibe from other people in the class. Everyone is in their zone and the interaction between people is encouragement above judgement.
Workouts are challenging but achievable. I like not having to plan what I’m going to do. I also like the biofeedback metrics
I love all the instructors and the way the classes are structured. Each day is different, new, and challenging.
I love that the workouts are ready and all I have to do is show up! I always leave feeling accomplished and empowered. Sarah, Lindsey, Ashley, and Taylor are my favorite coaches since they take the time to gently correct your form and encourage you without calling you out!

I like the pace, the music and the instructors. I have never committed to my physical health the way I have since joining OTF. I am 3.5 years in and enjoy it more now than when I started.

I like that no 2 workouts are the same! Coaches at Belmar are the best - I’ve been to many locations and Belmar coaches are the most knowledgeable invested.

Great coaches and effective workouts
High intensity, variety of workouts, using a heart rate monitor to help with motivation & accountability, positive coaches, ability to pre-book workouts & review past performance, getting an email after each workout with my performance summary. I used to work out with an independent personal trainer, but my workout schedule would sometimes get derailed when he wasn’t able to maintain a consistent schedule on his end. I appreciate that OT has a business model that offers me the opportunity to work out any day of the week within the time choices offered.
The coaches. Best coaches in the OTF organization. The entire staff at this Southlands is great. Good workout programs. Challenging. The coaches are motivating, professional, knowledgeable.
