The instructor-led classes are perfect for me. I don't have to think about which muscle groups to exercise each day. I can simply show up knowing that a team has created the exercise plan for the while taking into account what is happening in the next few days as well as what has happened in the past few days (at least it used to be corporate template designers; I assume it still is).
The workouts are challenging and different every time!

I have to make a thousand decisions every day, so by the time I get to the gym I have decision fatigue. I like showing up at OTF and knowing I'm getting a great, varied workout without having to think and plan.
I like the variety of workouts and ceaseless options to improve in every exercise.

Nick is a great coach over at DTC. He’s always so encouraging. I like that I get a lot of calorie burn and some resistance.
The coaches. Deb and max really makes you want to work out which makes it much easier when the workout sucks. Also music is very key, gets me pumped and workout harder!
The gym, trainers and receptionist staff are all great. I like the variety and challenge presented with each workout.
My only complaint is the inflexibility of the cancellation fee. I get that there should be one, but an 8 hour window is unreasonable, way too much can happen within the time frame (namely work obligations).
It’s never the same workout, so I never get bored. And every workout I do improves my outlook. It literally improves my mood. Consistently.
This has been the best experience I can say I’ve ever had. Everyone involved from the coaches, front desk staff and the patrons are all great. It doesn’t feel like a normal gym where you’re self conscious or concerned about your ability or skill level. Everyone is inviting and helpful. And there’s no feeling of judgment. I have seen the most gains from this type of workout and will continue to go and keep smashing my goals!
Always different, always challenging or options to make it more challenging. The coaching staff makes each class fun in an environment that’s typically not fun, therefore making me and my wife want to go as often as we can. And everyone will do the same thing regardless of our fitness levels making it feel like a family of friends.

Orange Theory Boulder has been the best workout that I have ever done. I love the fact that you go in and have awesome coaches taking you through an hour of both cardio and strength!

Everything, but especially the coaches. The motivation, energy/enthusiasm, and the helping hand when your form is off. OTF is just excellent overall, but the DTC location is a step above the rest of the locations I've been to.

You're done in 60 minutes and it hits so many different parts of the body.
