The coaches are upbeat and enthusiastic. The workouts are challenging but doable for anyone at any level of fitness. The community at OT Minnetonka is friendly and supportive and has a positive vibe which is not present at some other OT locations.
I LOVE the coaching and the check in staff!! They are so friendly, encouraging and great at remembering you and creating community. The thing I wish was different is the ability to carry over 1-2 monthly classes because life happens. It’s frustrating when they expire and especially on the day prior to your billing day. I think it’s also annoying it’s extra money to sign up for the challenges- it’s expensive enough.

I love Orange Theory Fitness! I never regret going! All the coaches are amazing, friendly, and welcoming - as are the front desk staff. They all know you by name and are good people. The facility is clean, and orderly, which is important, especially during these times. The workouts are challenging and fun. The coaches are positive and encouraging! I like that the coaches will correct your form or be able to tell if you can add more weight to your floor routine for youto get maximum results. Keep up the great work! OTF Roseville is THE BEST!!!
Fun, group workout
I like that I can show up, and the work out is planned for me. I like that I know I will get a good workout and burn calories as well as push myself to run faster and lift better.
Because I work alone at home every day, I really look forward to my OTF Edina workouts so that I can chat with the friends I have made there, especially during the 15 minutes just before the workout begins. The staff are always fun and friendly and the coaches are professional and encouraging. When I get home after burning 12 or more splat points, I feel awesome. There's so much more I could say about OTF, but in short, I am simply thankful it has been there for me during the past 3 difficult years of my life.
The best part of Orange Theory is the coaches. They not only provide the direction on proper form of the exercises but that energy to keep you motivated. Shout out to Coach Ben @ Maplewood, best of the best.
The other part I love is it is challenging yet simple. You just show up, do what your coach tells you to do, when they tell you to do it and you are in and out in an hour. You push yourself; you get variety (that you likely wouldn't do on your own), and no mental energy or planning needed.
Consistency is key, and you actually want to keep coming back. Feeling stronger and becoming the best version of yourself. Also a nutritionist is available to really get the full package.
I started out with 2 day a week plan and quickly got hooked and switched to unlimited. You will too! At least give it a shot, your 1st workout is FREE.
The Apple Valley OTF is much more than just a corporate gym; it's a family. People know each other and like each other but also they are very welcoming of new faces.
I'm out of shape and just learning how to run in my early 40s. The coaches have all been helpful and supportive of my health and fitness goals. They're also up to date on nutrition and aren't trying to foist supplements, or unhealthy diets, on the members.
Lastly, the staff who run/manage the gym are lovely too. They are the exact kind of people you want representing a gym: kind, welcoming and flexible.
I'm not sure this holds for other OTF gyms but the Apple Valley OTF is a gym I would recommend to anyone looking to workout or work on their health or physical fitness, regardless of their current level of health or fitness.

Everything is completely set up. I don't have to plan on what I want to do, I just show up and do what the coaches have planned. I love it.
Awesome workouts with lots of variety!
I love that it’s different each time and that I know it will be a challenging, yet beneficial work out. I also love that I don’t have a plan a work out, especially when it comes to weights. I only can remember so many lifts from high school and I’m way past that.
Staff Knowledgeable and friendly. Always concerned for my health and well-being. Facility is always clean, and equipment well maintained. The facility is organized and the trainers are always prepared to maximize my workout experience. Thanks to everyone for always being prepared and delivering such a consistent experience.

Structured and efficient with my time
I love the mix of exercise--cardio, rowing, and strength training. I would never row or strength train on my own and I love that I don't have to plan my workout and make sure I hit different muscle groups, they do that for me. Also, the accountability of the group class and coaches and the coaches enthusiasm is outstanding.
