How it’s different everytime
I appreciated the variety throughout the workout and the fact that cardio is included and a focus. The workout is intense but feels like it goes quickly because of the happy energy throughout the room. The instructors and others in the class are also very warm and welcoming.
The energy, encouragement from coaches, layout of workouts and the overall atmosphere of the studio! On my “days off” I often find myself missing it. It’s become my “me” time and a place where I can focus on nothing but being present in the moment!
Everything! The environment, the music, the eork outs! And definitely the coaching!!
I like that it is always different and the time goes by so quickly.
I don’t need to do much planning other than just showing up, the templates change daily and they are always challenging. The workouts also flex to add difficulty or ease depending on how I feel from day to day.
I love that all I have to do is show up! Also, I think the motivation from everyone at least the Maple Grove OTF! The people are all so supportive and want you to keep coming back!!
Great workout. Easy to schedule and stay accountable. Coaches and staff are friendly and want you to see success.
It’s always a hard workout, and you can modify if needed…and even that is a good workout :)

I enjoy the variety and how I can get such a great workout in a relatively short period of time. Plus there is a sense of community and shared success. Also the staff are friendly and outgoing.

Just moved to the area and felt welcome, encouraged and challenged. Great mix of cardio and strength.
Variety! It’s the the perfect blend of group and individual coaching and training, and since the blocks are demoed, spoken aloud, and shown on video monitors or white boards, it’s very clear what to expect!
I also appreciate the coach making personalized “tweaks” to my form or technique, including modifications up front and small check ins as needed, as well as the verbal encouragement to the group and individuals who are in each class. The music is usually pretty awesome (even if it makes me feel old when I have no idea who is singing) and at a good volume for keeping me motivated. The “special” workouts are also great to check in on progress as my capacity for exercise increases. I am 100% hooked on the afterburn.

I love almost everything about the workouts! I’ve been coming to otf for years and it’s the only workout I’ve ever stuck to long term. If you’re looking for constructive feedback on what could use improvement, I would really love to see some additional sets of free weights (in the 25-35 lb range) and less cardio in the weight room, although I realize that’s a corporate issue not an individual studio issue. Other than that it’s ALL GOOD!
It keeps me motivated. I enjoy waking up to work out at 4:20 am, and I’m not a morning person, which says a lot! It’s a good challenge. And you can feel comfortable walking in there no matter where you are on your fitness journey!!
The coaches are engaging! The energy of the environment makes that extra push possible. Fantastic cardiovascular workout!
The coaches are amazing! Very energetic and fun! I hated the threadmill. Now it’s kinda growing on me. I’ve done lots of gyms and classes. I love my Orangetheory results! It definitely shows.
OTF Grand Ave is as individualized as it gets. They truly care for each of their members and help you accomplish your goals. The OTF workout works each area each workout. Highly recommend trying OTF Grand Ave to anyone looking to get stronger and leaner.

The workouts are very efficient, the music is great, and the coaches are AMAZING! I love that I can take workouts at my own pace, but can also monitor how hard I'm working with the heart rate monitors.

I love that it’s one hour of hard work, the variety of workouts is perfect, the friendly coaches are encouraging, it’s not the typical gym scene, they’ve got amazing music, and it’s a nice small setting so not intimidating at all. There’s nothing I don’t like about it!
Is a very complete workout, and I like that everyday you have different exercise!
I normally go at 6:15 am, and all the coaches at that time are really good, and guide you when you are doing something wrong.
Is a nice and effective way to exercise!
Awesome full body work out, every day it's something new and no chance to get bored. Class is led by very enthusiastic trainers always willing to help you out!
