Coaches are motivating, good mix of cardio and strength. Every day is different so I don’t get bored!
It’s fun, challenging but tailorable to my day and my body, and I always feel better for a day or 2 after. I will do cardio on my own but I get bored to tears doing strengthening on my own so I love that OTF allows me to meet that goal while also pushing my cardio efforts.

I enjoy the comradery and I Iike the balance of cardio and strength in each workout. I have participated in other group fitness and feel that Orange Theory is the most efficient where you spend almost the entire hour actually working out. I also love that each person in the class has the choice of how much they want to push themselves with the opportunity for all to get a personalized workout.

I really like the variety of different exercises for all parts of your body. And also the fact that you are guided, motivated and supported the entire time by a coach. All you have to do is show up and work hard, you don’t have to think about “what exercises should I be doing today?”. It’s like having a personal trainer, without the high cost of one.
