Once class begins, I always have something to motivate me. It's either the instructor, the need to achieve splat points, or the person next to me - something gets me motivated and through the workout.

The workouts are even more challenging with new exercises in the weight room using balance and combinations of moves that require my brain to be engaged as well. Even the warm-up exercises are perfect to getting my entire body and mind ready for the workout. The coaches ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly and give me an option when I have limitations. From design to execution, the Orangetheory workout is the best ever!
The workouts are challenging but doable, it is what you want to make of it. I like the variety, I have reached 250+ classes and they all have been different.

I’ve always had trouble getting myself to the gym, but OTF workouts are something I look forward to every day. The classes are both fun and challenging. One of the biggest pluses for me is that the coaches really push you to do more. That is something I need and the accountability works very well for me. I’ve lost 10 lbs since starting back in July. I owe it all to OTF for pushing me to better myself. If there is one thing I would like to do more of in our workouts, it would be core-related exercises on the weight floor. We do a lot of squats/lunges, which I like, but I’ve been having problems with my knees, so it makes it hard for me to give it my all on those types of exercises. Other than that, I’m grateful to have signed up at OTF and for the coaches who have helped me to become both stronger and healthier. THANK YOU!!!!!
I’ve really enjoyed the workouts over the past month or so. There has been a lot of novelty - some new floor exercises and more opportunity to go for distance on the treadmill and rower. It’s preventing me from getting bored!
I especially like your coaches. They are well trained and know the correct postures for every exercise. They are patient and not “marine gulf-ho”. The coaches will frequently remind us that we copete only with ourselves. They remind of how important it is to put in serious time in the green zone.

I like that a coach Makes sure we do exercises correctly, when they educate about strengthing supporting muscles. The encouragement I like that the classes are different that they are full body workouts and I like the way I feel when I leave
