Amazing workouts, clean environment, fun coaches, and friendly staff!
The workout is unlike anything else I’ve ever tried. I had a personal trainer at a gym several years ago and spent about $500.00 a month for the training. I now pay the $150.00 a month at OT Fitness and get far more out of it than I did with a one on one personal trainer. I wish I had discovered this training sooner. I like that it’s one hour of your time at high intensity training. Even though the coaches have to assist 20-30 people per class, it still somehow feels personalized when they assist you with your technique or alternative exercises due to injuries. I would highly recommend and have recommended OT Fitness to family members and friends of mine.
Intense and the staff is AWESOME
I love the classes. I like the instructors they are very personable and knowledgeable. I believe that I am getting the most out of my workouts.
All the coaches are very knowledgeable and every class I learn something new. When they explain the excersise and how to do it correctly, they also show you what not to do, so you can get the proper effects of what muscle they are trying to help you work. I love all of their energy and willing to make us better every time we show up. Thats all I have to do is show up! The front desk staff are very knowledgeable as well! Always nice,and very enthusiastic. I'm so blessed to have OT in my life.
I like that all you have to do is show up! The workouts are planned and they are so flexible. a big class and loud music is my fav way to workout, and Orangetheory is the best place!

The design of the workouts but we lost the lift 45 which is an important component of fitness.
Attainable visual ques!
The Group setting allows to get a full workout that works. The staff and coaches are also amazing, makes a person feel welcome. We are enjoying our experiences, just need to make more time to attend.
Constantly changing smd challenging!
I would say that although the workout is great it is the coach that makes the class experience. Orangetheory should put recognition on their coaches and realize without them its just another gym. We show up for the coaches that motivate. Don’t get me wrong. All coaches are very good at giving instruction and following template. It’s the ones that stick out and really love what they do that keep members coming in. It is sad to see and hear when another coach has been let go or forced to leave. I am still a member but do not find the motivation to go in as much. The coaches are what makes orangetheory.
I love the variety the knowledgeable coaches and the music!
It’s always different
Workouts are great, coaches are great and motivating. ONE issue I have had is the proximity of all the stations (minus the treads). Rowers and floor, in the event of full classes, space can be an issue.
I understand that there is only so much space, but this is my only issue.
Nice things would be :
additional weight options for floor (due to full classes, some weights are not available, or heavier weights).

The workouts are challenging and fun. The staff and the music is great. The coaches motivate you to improve every class.
Variety in workouts - and ability to work at your own capability. Great coaches who guide and push you to do better. Great members who cheer each other on!
They are different every time you go. You aren’t sure what to expect.
Cardio everyday whether I want it or not. Fast paced workouts. Efficient use of an hour workout.
The coach’s energy
The workouts have really evolved over the last year or so and the floor (weight) has really been taken to a whole new level. It truly is a complete work out and I look forward to each one and staff and coaches at OTF six mile are amazing!
I like the workout structure. I come in, I know there is an instructor with a different workout schedule each day.
Comment: Please add an afternoon lift class like around 4 or 5 pm.

I like the coaches who are very helpful! I also like the challenge of keeping up with others even if they are younger!! Last, but not least, I love the variety of the workouts.
