OTF has taken my fitness goals to another level. A workout designed by professionals, supported by the trainer and in a group format that is affordable and motivating. The options for workout times are great with my schedule so I can fit a workout in mornings, over a lunch break or after work!
Every workout is different. Love the high energy and the people in the class help keep you motivated.

The coaches and staff at Tyrone are my favorite. They have great energy and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I have seen and felt results from the OT workouts.
I love the workouts! Pushes me in a good way. Good variety. It is however too cramped in there at the exercise stations.

I am down 80lbs and I feel as healthy as I was in the military.
I have been coming here for about 7 years and can't get a better workout anywhere else. I love the intensity and combo of activities to keep the heart rate balanced, and use your entire body. OT is great about combining strength, power, and endurance workouts. The music and the staff are an added bonus--they are so supportive, friendly and keep you motivated throughout your workout

I enjoy that the classes & combination of exercises are varied, & how each session focuses on different parts of the body. My local facility is also very well maintained.
The variety , it’s always different and I do not have to think through what I am doing. My only dislike is the music is too loud. I’ve noticed some of the trainers are pretty good, but if my loud meter is going off on my apple watch then it’s a problem.
I like that i know I will get a full workout and I don’t need to think about it

The workout is a good blend of cardio and weights plus the variety never leaves me feeling bored. I love that just 60 minutes in class can deliver such an incredible workout.
I said it before and I’ll say it again: Zak is an absolute gem.
He’s (by far) my husband and I’s fave instructor. He’s friendly, energetic, and his music choice is spot on. He’s the best thing about OTF Tyrone (second best are Ben & Christian at the desk but they aren’t part of the workout part — they just rock as humans).
The overall workout, the atmosphere, and the coaches are awesome!
