Love the workouts. They are always changing and stimulating! Love the benchmarks. Great trainers who seem to care and push you just enough. I credit the OTF workouts for helping me shave 5 minutes off my 5 k this year!
Coach Taylor and Coach Kina always have the best classes. Their playlists are great and they are super supportive and motivating. The workouts themselves are always diverse and fun. The lift 45 was a fantastic addition to the regular 2G and 3G because its great to have the option to do nothing but weights for 40 minutes.
Coach Mia and Coach Heather and Couch Courtney somehow understand where everyone is at in the room and can find the right ways to challenge each individual within the challenge of the workout itself. That challenge within the challenge keeps people coming.
I love Orangetheory for the energy they bring!!! The coaches, staff, music and the atmosphere motives you with each workout. The workouts are always changing and challenging. They offer opportunities to push yourself more with different events/more intense challenges/. Orangetheory has been the only place to keep my attention and made me want to keep coming back.

The workouts are challenging. Very challenging. I feel like it covers the gamut of every type of activity necessary to stay healthy. I like the unique personalities of each coach. Love the music most of the time. Lol. I really can’t go more than a few days now without my OTF. I literally start to feel like my body is going to fall apart. I just turned 50 and I think this is helping stave off some of the chronic illnesses that run in my family. I want to be fly in my 50s and around for my grandkids. OTF 4 life!
