What do you like about our workout?

The people meaning trainers staff, so far are awesome, love need the encouragement, music loud is great, its challenging definitely for me now but I see it will always be I see other people who are in shape and still challenging themselves.. I hope to be there someday and not such a new be...... Its addicting..... I am telling everyone I know...

What do you like about our workout?

It is completely mapped out for you and you get the most intense workout. I would never workout this hard on my own.

The only criticism I have is that it is hard to hear most of the instructors talk way to fast and don't turn down the music so you can hear the workout. Aimee speaks clearly and not as fast but I still struggled to understand her while on the treadmill.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the music, interaction between other clients, and a coach there checking on You for progress and how you are feeling if any injuries. I also like the pace and the changing of exercises to keep things interesting. I get bored doing the same thing for 25 reps over and over again.

What do you like about our workout?

My first workout with a young lady was terrific. She knew my name and modified the exercises when she saw I was struggling or couldn’t preform them with my injuried knee. She was encouraging to every patron and kept a close eye on everyone.
Awesome!!!!!
Today was with a young man. Not as good. When I told him I wouldn’t be able to preform something he asked why. He never said any persons name out for encouragement or great job. He was ok.
Not attentive to anyone. Others were struggling and he never went up to help.
My gym is at Cortinwood Heights in Utah. I get that you get used to your own gym but all my classes have 36 people in them. I know why. The gals that teach there are 100 percent invested in the clients with help and encouragement and cheers. I’ll be here for a month so I’m sure I will love your studio too.

Blaze is an amazing coach. I have been doing OTF for about 4 years and he’s definitely one of the best by far! His coaching and energy are so consistent it’s amazing!

I really enjoyed that the pace was constantly moving, and that I was really able to scale all of the movements if needed and still feel like I got a good workout out of the hour I was there.

It is very structured and motivating. I will never go to another gym again. You really feel satisfied after every session. Ava is wonderful and she went above and beyond to help me with signing up.
