These are some of the reasons why I enjoy my Orangetheory workout.
1. Coach led workout. Not having to decide what to do and getting feedback and instructions on how to improve performance encourage better results in speed, strength and endurance.
2. Heart monitor gives real time feedback on effort with the color zones. You feel rewarded when you hit splat points or see the calorie burn. I also enjoy looking at the performance summary and noticing improvements.
3. It is the closest workout I have found that is similar to personal coaching sessions. The entire workout is timed(60 minutes), productive and provides opportunities to challenge yourself. I am happy with the results, improvements in speed, endurance, strength and building confidence. I remember when I could not run for 1 minute and now have completed a 5K race. I have also lost 30 pounds in the past 2 years and know I can maintain the weight loss with diet and exercise.
4. I get inspiration from other members and I think I also inspire members. It is nice to share the experience and encourage others to do their personal best.
The coaches are all very attentive and helpful!

Challenging and Fun
Everyone has been absolutely amazing, from the office staff to the coaches. They know my name when I walk in and the coaches are always encouraging. They provide you with alternate exercises if you can't do what's on the agenda for the day and they care enough to correct you if you're doing an exercise wrong. This place provides the positive atmosphere and accountability that I need to succeed. I highly recommend Brandon OTF to anyone.
Workout is always different so I am able to challenge myself each visit.
