I love that the hour flies by... the workouts are never the same and most of the coaches are fantastic with teaching you techniques. I also love getting real-time numbers on your effort and results via the arm band. This pushes me to out-perform myself!

It's fun but challenging, upbeat and just an hour!
I like how they are always different. I like how there are different stations. I like that it is only an hour. You have one hour to push yourself. You don't have to worry about what muscle group you need to hit that day because it is already done for you.
I like the atmosphere & total body workout it provides
I think you should have the coaches explain the benefits of stretching after the workouts while their muscles are still warm, as 30% of the clients are leaving.

That classes run in a very organized manner. Also that every coach encourages and pushes you to achieve your goals. In general all staff and management team at Palm Harbor OTF are exceptional. Thank you for being amazing.
It is a great all around workout. Love the variety and the trainers. This studio needs to work on general maintenance of machines. Rowers often have torn foot laces or cracked foot holders. It would also be nice to have a water fountain that was able to give filtered water directly into a water bottle. Have you ever tried filling a water bottle from a regular water fountain? I have been to several other OTF’s and all have these new water dispensers. Another TV screen in the back corner by the water fountains would also be nice. The new splat screen is nice but way to small when the class is large.

I started OTF in July 2017 and have never in my life been so consistent about working out for this long. Or actually enjoyed working out, I am completely obsessed and go as often as I can. I like literally everything about the workouts but to give a more definitive answer:
-Structure of the classes, how both cardio and weights are incorporated in to the workouts and the classes and are further broken down in to blocks of work. Additionally, having a new workout every day is key!
-Accountability: Having a cancellation window with a financial penalty for not showing up or cancelling late does help keep me motivated. I've never dreaded going to otf like I have dreaded going to the gym in the past but some mornings its just hard to get out of bed!
-Coaches and staff: they are great motivators, have great attitudes, very knowledgeable, easy to get along with. I love that they work to learn and remember everyone's name, I love that Channelside makes the effort to welcome members from other studios and is good about introducing/welcoming new members. I've recently found that I remind myself of the motivating comments they give us during the workouts about goals, not giving up, challenging yourself, etc. I expected to get in better shape when I signed up, I did not expect the additional strength of mind and am grateful.
-Results: I've never felt or looked as good as I do now, and that is thanks to the help of OTF.
