I like the challenge of the workouts and the fact they incorporate cardio and weights. But what makes me keep coming back are the coaches. Most of the coaches are so motivating and take a personal interest in how we are doing. They make sure we are using correct form, push us when we need it and tailor exercises when needed.

Also Part of what I liked about OT was the ability to go back on the treadmill while people where stretching etc! I am hearing that is no allowed anymore which is a big drawback for me
