I love the staff and coaches at Carrollwood and the support and friendliness they provide in a group workout.
LOVE the workouts. I would recommend Orange Theory for anyone who is looking for a motivating and powerful workout.
It really challenges you.
The best owners, great staff and the manager is easy on the eyes.
I love that it's very challenging and that the coaches are always willing to modify exercises to meet the needs of every participant!
I liked the different workouts combined with the timed intervals, I especially liked the fact that the trainer Courtney was super encouraging and motivating. That means a lot to me. I am looking forward to returning and achieving my goals.

Best workout ever!
Cardio intensive workout
Motivation from coaches
Would like to see a little more emphasis on upper body (arms/chest/shoulders) in weight room. Not that it’s ignored, but would like to see more mixed in with the lunges and core work, which is great too.
All the personal tips and hints to make the work out. Better for me
I can go at my own pace but know what I’m doing will get results.
I love it!!! Fast and to the point. Staff really friendly.
The upbeat trainers
The instructors and workouts.
I like the variety. Also very welcoming culture and the coaches are great.
Absolutely enjoy the workout!
They are very efficient and complete workouts
The workout is structured to keep you moving and the instructors keep you motivated. Even on a day where you may not feel 100% you push yourself to give your best.
The team effort and the coaches encouragement
Intensity and variety
I love the instructors positive attitude and the upbeat music.
Great workout every time. Great coaches.
My only negative would be that sometimes they seem to overfill the classes, which is great if you're someone who tries to get in last-minute but the studio can be pretty tight if there are 24+ people in there for one class.
Also seem to be several people (consistently the same ones) who either jump to different workstation numbers based on which treadmill they want but may be a different number than weight bench; and they don't do the prescribed workout which can be distracting. Maybe recommend a little better enforcement of these things.
Mixing workouts up every day.
