The weight room exercises are great. Love Nimai, Fatima and Lynette. They always have great music and a great attitude.
The V ariety of exercises keeps it from getting monotonous & gives me a full body workout. The heart monitor info enables you to work at your own pace and fitness level. The trainer is there to answer any questions and ensure I'm doing the exercises properly to get maximum benefits, and ensure I don't hurt myself. Clean & friendly environment.

Everything!! I love that I get a full body workout in 1 hr. I have been with Orange Theory for a little over 6 months and I was able to complete a half marathon with ONLY Orange Theory to thank! I did not train other than at OTF. I finished strong, feeling great and believing in OTF even more.
I like that Every work out is always different. I feel that I burned more calories in OT, than when I go to a regular gym; even more calories in less time.

What I like about OT workout is that it feels like I have my own personal trainer doesn't feel like I'm in a class. Nicole and staff push me to limits I didn't know I had. Explains how to do each excersise properly. I'm super happy that I switched over to OT!!!

Nicole the Trainer pushes you to your limit while encouraging you every step of the way. She give feedback to everyone in the class while making sure we do the workout correctly and without injury to ourselves. The fast pace of the class is a good thing

I like the cardio portion. I think the weights portion of the workout can be vastly improved. I think there should be more focus on core exercises and rowing less on the other silly stuff like strap work. I would also incorporate weighted ball slams for reps and more burpees.
It's very comprehensive. I get my cardio and a full body workout all in one, and I see results! Plus having great trainers there to keep you on on track is what I need!
