It is challenging but does not push you so hard that you get hurt. I like that the atmosphere is motivational and the trainers are there to help rather than act like drill sergeants. The constant feedback on your progress via the screens really helps you maintain awareness, which is unlike any other program out there.

Best total body workout
Intense and you know its over when its supposed to be, and starts when its supposed to as well. The trainers are encouraging and have the routine down to a T, especially Madison who is consistently beyond fantastic at what she does.
I have recommended OT to friends and even pay for some of my staff to join the new WPB location. I love the Sat 7:30 class - it's fun and challenging and our instructor Zach is motivating and helpful! He is the BEST!

The coaches are all incredible! Marcos, Kelly, Duvi, Jarius--ALL OF THEM. I have learned so much from each of them in regards to lifting weight safely and they give great recovery tips as well. It also really feels they are genuinely interested in your personal progress. That is unique to this experience. Since joining, I have gotten so much stronger and really see the changes in my body and overall ability. OTF Cutler Bay has truly changed my life and I am so happy my husband and I wondered in.
I liked how lively and energetic I felt. I felt like I was actually doing something for my body.
I am not very good about strength training on my own. Having other people around going through the same exercises is great for motivation for me and I always feel as if I get a total body workout.
