My workouts at Orange Theory are allowing my to redefine my body and my health. As someone who knows little about fitness and never played a sport, I am grateful to have instructors to guide me through workouts that optimize my fitness, while using weights, row machines and treadmills that make following these instructions doable and relatively easy.

I love the variety and different exercises that are coach led without having to think about it. I also like that I get the strength and cardio done in one place and in one hour. I also like the ample time slots to get your workout done and the community with the members and the staff.
