That the instructors keep you motivated and tell you what to do. I don't have to figure out what to do on my own. I get a much better workout. I also like that I'm getting a fully body workout in one hour.

In one hour I feel I get a complete workout. The coaches are awesome and I love that they are there to guide and challenge you.

Fast pace
I like it because is fun, different, The workout is different everyday. I love Sonia, Kelley and Jay. I always try to have my workouts with them.
All different fitness levels can take part in the same class. A person in their 50s can participate with others in their 20s and not feel self conscious. Heart monitor concept great as you can adjust your lunge sift levels accordingly. 90 minute classes a great addition to regular times.
What I like about the workout at Orange Fitness is that the music is entertaining, working out in a group is engaging, and the workouts are challenging but the trainers help out and encourage me. I like that we focus on the whole body at each class instead of working the upper body one day and the lower body another day.
Its been a week and everyone including myself can see an improvement.

The group environment is competitive yet fun! The coaches keep you pushing yourself without making you feel uncomfortable. As a retired college athlete I find OTF one of the best workouts I've had since my trainers in college. Everyone is there for a purpose and no one gives up! It makes me want to push harder and to force myself to be better!
