What do you like about our workout?

That there is no wasted time. In so many gyms instructors take so long talking and demonstrated that an hour workout becomes 30 minutes. I also like the combination of cardio and weight training.

I like that it's always different so you don't get bored. I also appreciate how the coaches will correct your form so that you can maximize your effort and avoid injury.

The workouts push me to reach a different level of fitness. I feel great afterwards. I'm not a morning person yet I look forward to the 6am classes. Great workouts!!

What do you like about our workout?

Workouts, trainers and the entire staff are amazing. The only issue I have is that since I started I haven't received any workout summary on my email or on the App. I don't know how can we solve this issue.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are organized and orderly. The numbered stations keep everyone in their own space and working. There is no waiting on stations or people to move or clean up after themselves (or not). The trainers are great too! The heart-rate monitoring is perfect for this workout. It provides instant feedback so you know how hard are you working or if you need to push a little harder.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workout is dynamic and challenging and adds an element of comradery with the group. Lately I think the coaches could stand to be a bit "pushier". The class is high energy but sometimes I need to be reminded why I walked through those doors particularly after a long day at work.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the variety. Although there are three defined areas within the gym, each time I have attended the workout has been different and has kept me challenged. The combination of a short intense cardio training with a whole body approach works well for me. The staff has been extremely welcoming and even in a crowd of 20 I feel like I have a personal trainer. Well done

I love everything, The trainers at OTF in WPB are The Best!!!! After going to OTF RPB for over 2 years I feel WPB trainers step it up!!! It is a lot more intense which I love!!!!! And all the staff on the front desk are very friendly!!! Absolutely love WPB!!!! Thankyou!!!!๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
