The intensity of the training definitely makes you think you’ll get results soon. The music played while in the workout was great and motivated you to continue and push.
The short intervals in the exercises keeps you engaged and away from getting bored! The trainer is watching out for you to do the exercises with proper form and they keep your motivation high!
