Sonia, Kelly and Jay!!! What's not to like? Each one has their own personal style of motivation and they each take the time to get to know everyone in the class. This is the BEST workout I have ever had. Started in April when you opened. In the short time I have been going, I can see a huge difference in my body. Stronger, leaner and healthier. It's a full body, kick a** workout. I'm exhausted but energized after every class.
I have had 2 helpful coaches, Elan and Jesse. Great start.

Intense and entertained. Although I found the following opportunity areas;
1. Cancellation policy, I will like to have 4 hour to make a cancellation.
2. APP should show how many classes left for the month
I like that the trainer tells you exactly what to do for a overall great workout!

I love everything about Orange Theory. I love the workouts, the music, and the coach, Mallory. She is awesome!
Orange Theory Fitness provides you with a different type of workout each time you attend a class. There is always variety and you never know what to expect. I like the mystery aspect of it all, and I know that regardless of which class I attend, I will always be getting the most out of a workout.
The trainers are awesome and the location is great.
Its a complete body workout in 1 hr and very motiviating
The workouts are a challenge but can be completed by ANY fitness level. You never do the same workout and the Coaches ROCK!!!!
I don't have to think about what I need to do. I like the varied daily workouts; that keeps it from getting boring.
The variety
Very comprehensive workouts. I get just the right amount of cardio and strength training to really see the results.
One hour straight of cardio, strength, and endurance class. The coaches are great and I love how they know you and push you when you need it. Staff is wonderful and encouraging when needed.
It is fun and 1 hour goes by quick.
I like that in 60 minutes you get a full body workout and burn tons of calories!
