I like that it's instructor led, and that I can easily keep track of my progress on the monitor. I like the variety of activities, and rotations throughout the classes.

Only an hour and able to get cardio and weight training in. Friendly and helpful staff. Trainers helpful and open to answer questions or correct form when necessary.
Skilled trainers, good music, modifications to make the workout easier or harder. Wish all classes would start on time.
They're challenging and the trainers motivate you to do better in a postive way. The trainers encourage you to finish every routine and do a little more. It's a tough work out but always fun!

The intensity. Variety. The coaches. Workouts improved during 6 week challenge and have continued. Particularly the last couple weeks.
That it takes the guessing work out of working out. I get to go in a zone out on everything else but zone in on just my workout.
I looked that I was able to have a well rounded work out with out having to think about what to do.

When I go to orange theory I feel that with that hour of workout Im done because Its a strong workout, and if I don't take this class, I feel that I need to do 2 hours of exercise
Its tough and the fact that it changes daily.
