All the staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable.
The workouts are perfect enough to push you past what you think is your limit is, but also accommodating if you have an injury. My absolute favorite though is Coach Kristen, she really is the most positive, energetic and motivating person I’ve ever worked out with. She’s just the best!
That I am accountable for that workout. The coaches tell you what to do and how and also help you get better.

It is structured. It targets the whole body and I push myself much more that I would do at home. I feel good after I do it.
