The trainer was amazing. Everything was laid out and planned for you. No surprises. The thing I like the most is the ability to see where you are heart rate wise during the workout and the best is the post workout email with your break down. I have worked out in many gyms but never had a breakdown of my progress.

I was visiting from Sarasota. I'm a member of OT there. I really liked the instructors on both days. I've never had someone explain how to better manage the Push Pace when done with various time intervals. Also- like that you can arrive a little early and get a treadmill slot. Very impressive OT studio.
Trainer guided workout, good music, fast paced so the 60 minutes gies by fast.
The knowledgeable staff, the different workout routines, (you never know what to expect each workout day). The workouts start on time and finish on time. The staff members also offer alternative routines if you have injuries or physical limitations. I work out with Kelly and Sonia pretty much exclusively because of my schedule and they are both fabulous. I love them both!
I really liked the customer service from the moment I walked into the gym. The trainer was phenomenal. She was friendly, she knew he stuff and she motivated everyone to workout to their maximum limits....
Easy to follow, challenging, good music, clear instruction, attentive personnel. Loved being able to watch my heart rate during each section of the workout and loved the post-workout summary report.

I love the instructors (Ashley,Devin and Coleman). Rob is very personable and accomodating.
I like that you go in for 55 minutes and a different workout plan is given to me without having to think about it. The workouts are different each time thus reducing boredom. One thing I would like to see come back in the Performance Summary email, is the line graph, instead of the current bar graph.. I think the line graph gives you a better graphical picture of your high intensity interval training by seeing the ups and downs of your cardio rates , as well as the time spent in each zone. I like the new addition of cumulative calories and splat points. Previously, one of my main complaints were workouts under 55 minutes. Lately, I have notice that all workouts are ending at 55 minutes and sometimes more. GREAT NEWS!

I didn't care for it, but it is a well oiled machine and if you are into cross fit then it's amazing!
