I hate working out . I didn’t like anything about it. But …: the two front desk ladies plus the trainer , Kristen, made me feel super comfortable and not intimidated about the entire process . I have put this off for 5 years out of pure intimidation and I couldn’t have had a more welcoming experience .

I like being about to come in and not have to think about a workout after a day of work. I also like coach Kristy and Sarina! They are awesome

I love that the workouts are different. It is also great to be able to just show up for your workout and have someone who is motivating and skilled tell you what to do to take the guess work our of everything. Really enjoy the occasional benchmarks to see growth or needs of improvement.
I always have a different workout every time k work out , so it's cool to come in and be surprised on what I'm doing !

I love how encouraging the coaches are to people of all fitness levels. From the time I arrive until the time I leave, I feel totally safe working out without fear of injury, and my coaches continue to encourage me toward higher levels without sacrificing my safety and health. Most importantly, their enthusiasm helps me stay motivated. Shout out to Trish and Farah…you gals are the real MVPs!
