I love the intensity but knowing that you can tone it down if need to so you don’t injury yourself. The coaches are so supportive and hyped up that it makes the 60 minutes totally worth it all!
Good workout, works different areas. Like the instructors except for 1. Owen is nice, but can be too interactive and makes too many “suggestions” that often times seem unnecessary and end up interrupting my workout more than helping. I’ve actually started avoiding his classes if possible

All you have to do is show up. Then you are guaranteed a great, challenging , guided workout with a coach to get you through it safely. I also like the interaction between participants- it’s a small, friendly group that is fun to be a part of.

I know the workout is an hour and I am challenged. I get cardio, weight floor and rowing. It’s an excellent workout and I see the results.

They are full body work outs and I feel great afterwards. I love that you sign up for a class, pick a number of a treadmill or rower and follow the instructions of the coach. They are challenging and can be modified for whatever fitness level you're at.
I like the variability and coaching during the workouts. The atmosphere is always so fun and motivating and I love being surrounded by other people who want to better themselves physically

I did not know what to expect when my daughter invited me to the gym because I have not been in the gym for over 8 years, I hike 3 times a week and I love it. But I have to say that I had a great time and enjoyed the structured workout and our trainer was fantastic, he made each routine fun. I signed up for twice a week.
