Class length and the coaches.
The workout is as hard as you want it to be based on your fitness level and energy. The workout pushes you a lot harder than you would on your own and the coaches create a fun and supportive atmosphere that helps you feel confident and push yourself
Orangetheory is very accommodating with my orthopedic needs, by showing me different ways to modify exercises that will benefit my shoulder. I had surgery to repair my rotator cuff and the coaches are always making sure my needs are met and showing me different options to help rebuild my strength in my arm/shoulder. They have been my biggest cheerleader in my recovery.

A great mix of cardio and weight lifting guided by supportive coaches. Each workout is different and is never boring.
I love that they are planned and I don't have to think of exercises myself. The exercises are doable and I find myself doing ones I never thought I could. I love that your coaches are knowledgeable about nutrition and workouts.

The over atmosphere and great motivational coaches.
I like that is easy to follow and if you have questions there's a coach there to show you. Also you just gotta show up and do the work out that's already plan by the coaches. I also like that as a beginner I struggle with some of the weight room work outs and the coaches offer alternatives.
