great workout in a short amount of time
I was traveling for work and called to sign up for a class here. Staff very helpful, they were prepared and aware I was coming the next day when I came for class. The coach was attentive. The center made me feel welcome.
I love the energy and the coaches. I often mention the volume of the music but it never changes. The music is getting ridiculous...it is so loud that there are times I cannot hear the coach's instructions over the music. When it's already loud, the coach does not have to make the music louder just to get people to run faster.
I love the competition and the motivation of the group setting.
It’s organized and the trainers really care about making sure your form is good.
The Layout of the workout, the Hit style cardio and the weights combo.
Even though it's an hour of work, it goes by so fast because of the variety of exercises, fun music, and encouraging coach. I love the mix of cardio and strength training.

I do get a little confused as I do not know the “lingo” the trainers use yet and not always able to follow exactly what I am supposed to be doing, but overall even when I improvise, till I catch up next segment, I do enjoy every minute!
Hard and on time
It’s amazing. I love how helpful the coaches are. The staff is very friendly. The other patrons were extremely encouraging and friendly and they made me feel good about myself.

I like how a REAL trainer tells me what exercises to do, how many reps of each & the proper way to perform them. All of the trainers and the other members motivate each other and that is so vital. Being comfortable when working out sometimes doesn't come easily because people can feel intimidated. I have made some good friends because of the camaraderie and the encouragement. I believe OTF prides themselves on being a family, both staff and members, and I think that is pretty darn accurate.
Its so motivating with the music and the instructors. They really keep you pumped up. I never feel too stupid if I don't know how to do an exercise, they are right there to so you exactly how to do it. No intimidation just positive reinforcements; and I leave there feeling awesome!
I really like the support and how nice everyone is....they make you feel very comfortable
