Kept me focused and kept me going strong for the full hour. If I just worked on my own at home or another gym, I’d easily call it quits once I began to feel tired. OTF seems like they’ll encourage me to push my limits which is exactly what I need to get where I want to be with my physical health.

The trainers are fabulous with their high energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement. The workouts are phenomenal---really help me achieve my goals and the variety every day keeps me coming back.
The coaches and the constant change. The coaches have gotten a lot better over the last year. Also, the workouts have always changed but it has felt like things have stepped up lately.
Beyond that, I really like the new effort, since 2018, of many more events beyond the classes. I think this is a great bonus that should be expected given the high price members pay.
Good stuff, and getting even better. Keep it up, never be complacent.

its hard but fun very addicting! love it!!
Keeps changing often so it is not tedious or repetitive. it would be useful if there were more muscle strengthening work outs that will prevent exercise induced injuries in the long term.

I love the fact that you have a trainer and he/she tells what to do and how to do it.They also show you if you are doing it wrong and make sure you start doing it right.It is by far the best 60 minutes workout.
What I like about your workout is it changes constantly and a trainer is always thre to help you.
