OTF is a great workout program that allows you to maximize your time across three workout station. The staff and coaches at the Scottsdale location are always energized for each session and always offer alternatives if you have any injuries. Since joining, I've lost 30 lbs and in one of best conditions in 30 years. At 61 I am able to do 4 workouts a week (one of which is the Saturday 90 min workout) and has helped me to perform outside activities without being fatigued. Highly Recommend.

I really like the score board style heart rate monitor with names. I'm not usually competitive, however I do get motivated to be top in class splat score. It drives me to go harder. I also really like the intimate lobby talk. The store manager is very friendly and encouraging. She always remembers my name and makes me feel welcomed. Also the instructor Kim is really great, I get great results in her class and her music selection is pop which I prefer over rap.

I enjoy having a trainer during the workouts to keep you moving and motivated. It’s like having personal training but in a group session. Michelle and John are great at making sure your form is correct when performing certain exercises to prevent injury and maximize the benefits.

I enjoy the friendly environment, the encouragement from our coaches, the support from others who go to the OTF also, the structure and intensity of the work outs.
I love the science behind it. I do wish that single group classes would start on the rower/resistance classes more often. Starting resistance and ending treadmill complements the science behind the EPOC, but it seems like most members don't understand that.
Variety of pre-planned workouts - all I have to do is show up. No thinking required. Efficient and effective.
