The fact that you are getting a little bit of everything (cardio, floor, weights). I also really like working out in group sessions so I can push myself to match my peers’ effort. Also, I do not have a ton of experience working out so having the instructor there and creating a work out for us and making sure we are performing the exercises accurately is super helpful.

I like that it is one hour of a good workout w no talking or chatting. Trainers always is watching, helping, and motivating. Some days my body can't give it it's all but still get a great workout.

I don't know diddly about Fitness and working out. So I like having a trainer that can instruct me and point out when I'm doing something incorrect. I just feel a solo training situation me and a trainer would feel real intimidating to me that is why I like the group classes as you have them set up. The fact that every day I go is different it's all similar but we're working different muscle groups we're doing different sets on the treadmill it's not just run flat out for 30 minutes.

Orangetheory workouts are geared toward all athletes, whether you are young - old, getting in shape or in shape. Each workout is varied, which 'mixes' up the routine and keeps every athlete engaged throughout the entire workout. I enjoy having a certified coach motivating the entire gym and keeping everyone working together as a team. I am addicted to OT!
