Staff are friendly, good selection of classes, easy booking system, 3 locations, I often tell people about the not so gym-ish gym where they have cool classes with trampolines and hula hoops.
You haven't got an option on your feedback form for improvements,so I will add a couple here - I think the hip hop class needs to be 60mins at least otherwise you don't really break a sweat, also in the last 6months many of your staff use the term "juicing" or "juice it out" or similar to mean squeezing a little extra effort and back in the olden days (where I am from) "juicing" and "on the juice" in a gym setting used to mean steroid use.
The classes are a big part of why I joined this gym, it creates a rthyme and energy I need to push myself, so I like that there are a great range of classes and the instructors have shown to be helpful and motivating, very attentive to an individual's level and ensuring they have the best workout.

Lauren Holloway and Lucy Quinn are fantastic instructors! Cannot praise them highly enough! Thoroughly enjoy the range of classes on offer.
The booking system is also great
Good yoga and Pilates offerings. I love Jeanette and Katie's classes. I wish there were stronger classes offered on a Sunday followed by a meditation or restorative class. Tanya's grc and yoga classes are too soft. Neither a good release/stretch nor workout.

I would recomend Pure as a gym, community, way of life and lifesytle learning to anyone. The classes are fabulous, teachers fantastic. Lucy and Lauren are a formidable duo in any teaching situation :-) Staff are always friendly and helpful. Marina has changed my life in more ways than she can possibly imagine.
I would just like some more Pure HIIT options please.
