Great coaching, equipment, variety, climate controlled environment, and music.
It is very upbeat and the instructors, Kristin and Grayson are fantastic!!

I love that it incorporates functional resistance training along with science backed interval training.
There are so many wonderful things about Orange Theory- the coaches, the music, the classes. It is a challenging workout but also very fun and rewarding. I look forward to attending as much as I can.
It did take a while to correct the set up of my app, but it did get resolved. I’m new so I don’t have specific feedback right now, still assessing, coaches have been great!
It motivates me to come every day I can and to work as hard as I can during each workout. The staff are all very welcoming. The coaches are all encouraging and professional.

I love my Orange Theory workouts. Good for me physically and more importantly mentally. I just try to be consistent and improve over my last workout. Grateful for caring coaches!!
I love Orange Theory! It is the only workout that I actually look forward to. The coaches are very encouraging, the music playlist is upbeat and fun, and the challenges are motivating- I love earning OTF swag! My cousin works out at OTF in Virginia, and it’s been a great way to motivate each other since the workouts are the same. Also, you can’t beat the endorphin rush after a workout- best feeling ever!
Fired my favorite coach - during transformation challenge. I would like to be refunded my money from transformation challenge
The Variety and coach guidance
It’s fast-paced, fun, and a total body workout! You get out of what you put into the workout and it’s not a pressure filled environment. It’s an encouraging and welcoming place that wants you to have fun and enjoy getting healthy! Love me some Orange Theory!
Everyday is different workout and the 30 min cardio then 30 min floor/ 30 min strength training is awesome!!! The coaches are so encouraging

it is very dynamic and very illustrative. Looking at the monitor definitely helps to push yourself to be on the orange and red zones!
The showers are often not very clean, even when I am the first person to use them for the day.

Great total body workout in 60 min! Love the music and coaches help you push through the all outs - never bored and always something new to learn and try!

Love that there is a class offered in the mid afternoon. Most classes out there are early morning and evening.
