I'm really not a gym person, but I found my first session enjoyable. Kate was friendly and reassuring. I liked the fact that there weren't lots of other people around to see me lifting 2kg! The equipment was varied and I got to try some things I hadn't done before (like boxing!). Afterwards I felt as though I had exercised but I wasn't crippled for the rest of the week. Looking forward to the next session.

Really enjoyed my Fitness Assessment, learnt so much and more than I was expecting which was a nice surprise. Matt was great, very engaging and informative with a nice personal touch. He was able to explain each part of the assessment clearly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning, already recommended you guys to a few friends. :) Thank you very much!
Personal small groups
The fact that it is small group at the moment only 2 of us and Jennifer is with us guiding and encouraging us all the time, each set of activities are done in short bursts 30, 40, 50, secs and are geared to increase your stamina/core strength etc at a manageable level

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Had a session with the osteopath Julia, she was friendly professional and very informative.
Oh yeh she also fixed my crooked back and showed me how to keep it fixed.

Wellbeing Fitness is friendly and welcoming. I am now on my second Pilates course there.
I am 74 with arthritic knees but the course leaders are helpful and caring and, if I am uncomfortable with one exercise, suggest another way to achieve the same result.
Once the courses for February are released, I shall sign up again.
