Staff are very friendly and very professional in their approach to fitness and health.
I like the small classes and the fact that trainers have time to check what you are doing is correct. I also like the way that trainers are genuinely interested in helping you to improve and get fitter.

I have joined Wellbeing Fitness on a Personal Trainer 12 week programme. So far my first 4 one hour sessions have been brilliant and I have found all of the trainers to be encouraging, supportive and friendly. I have already felt an improvement in my physical strength and am looking forward to the remainder of the programme.

Good standard, personal service
You are a small company; which means you can offer a more personal service. There are only 7 people on our Trim and Tone course, so our lovely trainer has time to intetact with each of us.
Friendliness
Always friendly and professional, whether it’s a Fitness/Health Assesment or Pilates class. Individual assessment is helpful and motivating and I like the small classes .
Love coming to pilates, Matt is good ffun but works us hard. Been attending since January and definately feeling the benefit

You are treated as an individual and not just a number. The staff speak to you by your name even if you are not in their class. For someone who is a bit nervous at taking the first steps towards exercise I would throughly recommend Wellbeing Fitness.

Love the 121 classes with Amelia in Brackley we have done lots of different exercise sessions, she makes it fun, full of variety, challenging and rewarding. Amelia is very motivational and I always feel really positive, energised and up beat when I finish the hourly sessions.
