The team at Wellbeing are all friendly and polite, they try and accommodate last minute sessions. They know all the clients on a first name basis. The PT sessions are well thought out, never the same each week, even when I don't have Kate, my regular trainer. The staff are encouraging and supportive. The pilates class is hard work and fun! which makes it all the more enjoyable.
The gym is clean and tidy and the trainers always provide water and a towel!

Every member of staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in what you want to achieve and what your goals are! They also ensure that any problems you may have are accommodated for during the classes I.e. Pilates, Bootcamp!

I have had some Deep Tissue Massages with Kierran and I have been very impressed.
Kierran really listens to any issues I have and knows how to correct them, he’s obviously very knowledgeable and experienced.
Kierran has a great sense of humour which puts me at ease and makes the appointments entertaining and enjoyable.

I had a 1-2-1 personal training trial with Mitchell Drewitt. I had no idea what to do and I consider myself to be very unfit but Mitchell was really patient. He explained everything and really encouraged me through the session. It was hard but very satisfying and I felt on top of the world when I left.
From the phone call to book my appointments to the greeting at reception and every time I've been to Towcester Wellbeing & Fitness, I have always been warmly welcomed and encouraged. They care about me, my health and my goals. Looking forward to doing more personal training and some bootcamp & pilates classes.

Each week, I feel that I have been challenged but not pushed too far. Becca really plans the sessions well so that we achieve a lot. She is always monitoring us and helping us if we are not quite doing the movement correctly.
