Ease of access, decent showers, LOTS of weights and machines, when I mentioned only 1 tbar when there were 4 areas for it a second was ordered and arrived within a week.

It's a great gym. Sami is a world-class trainer.
The one potential improvement is I joined because I love the movies; however since I need to go at 5 - 6:30am before work, there never is a movie. And since on my referrals I always tell them about your theatre, would really appreciate if I could use it

Brand new equipment, short wait times during peak hours, friendly staff and active cleaning takes place. Overall, a very nice gym with just about every machine/piece of equipment you could want. There are some minor issues but those come standard with every gym.
My trainer and the Factory staff are terrific, friendly and responsive. While heretofore I was never an athlete, now I do everything possible to get to the Fitness Factory almost every day.
Great atmosphere with friendly staff. Love the sauna and shower options which allow me to jump back into life after working out.
