The facility is huge and well equipped. Not a lot of gyms have a sauna. I’ve never had to wait for a machine or rack to open.

24 hours most days. Women’s area that i kike to use when gym is crowded. Gym is clean and theres a wide selection of machines for all body parts.
It’s a pretty clean and tidy gym. Great atmosphere and enough space to get your workout in. The machines seemed pretty new and in good condition. They ranged from Matrix, Hammer Strength, and Life Fitness. The Power Zone area was an extra plus room. Overall great feel from start to end as you enter and exit.
