Consistent friendliness by all and daily updates on what the kids did each day. Both kids are so happy to go to doodlebugs everyday!

My children are always looked after, taught, and played with in a positive way which is in line with my family values. From infant to Pre-school, my children are always being challenged and encouraged to learn new things in a fun, interactive, caring environment. It's reassuring to know that while I am away from my children for so long during the week because I work full time, they are learning, having fun, and being cared for in a positive, nurturing environment. I wouldn't have it any other way.

The staff at Doodle Bugs is very caring and they put so much attention into the care of our child. Recently he had to start a new medication regimine and they were so helpful and attentive to his needs. We highly recommend Doodle Bugs and our son is so happy there!

We love everyone at DB! Jason is safe there and I never doubt the care he receives is top notch quality.
The webcams are the most important, the team knows all the family and kids names, they do lots of activities, I like the pictures and end of day report. But I feel they genuinely care about the kids and how they are doing.
We have really enjoyed our transition from Clarence to East Amherst Doodlebugs. I love how active they are in sharing the activities that they work on with the kids in all classrooms on tadpole; including the school age kids. We never got reports from the school age classroom. Our school age son needs extra support and we feel like E Amherst offers him the engagement, structured activity and socialization that he needs. Ms Tia was an amazing teacher and my son will miss him very much. I have also had the experience to have 2 other sons in the toddler and 4-year old room and am very impressed with the staff and activities that they do. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do and enjoy their careers. We did not have this experience in Clarence and constantly experienced turn-over. Keeping in touch with past employees of yours as babysitters, they all agree that it truly comes down to who you report to and work for. Ann and Christine do an amazing job with the kids and families and should be commended for their passion, customer service and hard work.
Everyone is very friendly
The staff are all friendly and kind. The facility is clean and well maintained. My kid loves to go to school and often doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. I think that says it all.
Most of all we love the teachers. The relationships they form with our kids is so special.

A director who is experienced, involved and available. Friendly, caring staff who get to know and love the kids. Excellent curriculum with lots of activities based learning. Nutritious meals and snacks. Daily updates from teachers to highlight the day’s activities including photos and videos.
Facility is impressive & clean. The teacher in school age 13 is really attentive.
