Great teachers, attentive staff, clean and safe facilities. My kids love it here!
I have been very pleased overall. It appears to me the daycare has navigated difficult times (staffing shortages, Covid cases) etc. well. I would recommend doodlebugs to others. I have an Edukids within walking distance from our home in North Buffalo, but I drive to doodlebugs in Cheektowaga daily before work as I am so happy with our son being there.

Communication is great! The teachers send daily reports & also speak to parents face to face morning & afternoon.
Every employee knows my 1 year old by name and loves him. I feel confident that they will care for him as well as I would. The communication via the tadpoles app and in person makes for a smooth transition from home to daycare to home.
The staff members at our Doodlebugs facility have always been extremely attentive and caring towards my child from day one. Jessica and E’lyka have fostered an environment that makes us feel like we’re walking into our second home.

The teachers have been great and give us a tremendous amount of confidence and comfort in knowing that our kids are being taken care of. The regular activities and stimulation the kids receive from the various education programs is important and the learning is evident as they are always coming home with new knowledge.
It’s very well organized. From the policy making, to the classroom programs, and everything in between. They foster a great environment for learning, different activities, and play for kids to have fun and enjoy.

The education makes it worth it. However I also warn people of the taking away of benefits and unfair business practices makes it hard to go out of my way to recommend. The teachers are great but management except Lindsey leave a lot to be desired.
The people working there are all very nice and kind and helpful. I also really appreciate the ability to check in with the live stream cameras throughout the day. Excellent job. Highly reccomend.
DoodleBugs has been our first experience with child care for our 6 month old, we have been absolutely blown away by the quality of care our son receives. The communication from every staff member has been exceptional. Often our son comes home with the cutest crafts. Daily we receive at least one photo of him playing, the classroom cameras are also a great feature. Our teacher, Miss Ashley, has treated him as if he was her own. Within the the first week our sons development has grown exponentially due to the interaction with the other kids. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
The staff are all so kind, caring and attentive. I know my daughter is in good hands and learning so much while she’s there! Knowing your child is safe and being well cared for is so important and Doodle Bugs does that!
From the moment I first walked into doodlebugs henrietta, I knew our daughter was is good hands. The staff is wonderful. They are constantly doing new activities with the kids. When we drop off our daughter she is so excited to be there! I can’t say enough about the quality of care and learning she gets!
Doodlebugs is our 2nd family. When my 2 year old drives by on a weekend he yells "I SEE MY SCHOOL!!!" and in the morning he lists off his teachers and friends names on the way there. He is loved, supported, and learning every single day.
The care givers are amazing and kind. The facility is engaging and always cared for as much as the kids.

The director (Andrea) and the front desk staff (Beth & another woman) are so personable and welcoming with questions. Such a good way to start the day. My daughter has loved every teacher she’s had there and still goes into her younger rooms to say hi to past teachers. I know she’s safe and cared for while she’s there, and learning so much is a huge bonus!
