Everything at the Penfield location has been great so far. Our daughter absolutely loves the teachers and the staff, and that makes us so happy. The Director is so kind and accommodating. It’s just really nice to be at a center that is so organized and detailed in their daily reports. This is our third doodle bugs location so we’ve experienced good and bad but Penfield is really excellent!
I love that everyone knows my daughters name and greets her on a daily basis.
Transparency, caring and honest staff
I love the facility and staff! The facility is bright in color, clean, and well kept. The staff are literally the best types of humans and never have any issues. Loving the fact that there are cameras and the staff really go out of their way to do special pictures around the holidays. My child has loved doodlebugs and the convenience of only being a 10 min drive (depends on traffic) is fantastic! Thank you doodlebugs for all you do for my child and giving her a happy place!

Clean facilities happy teachers and a great curriculum
All the teachers and staff seem to really care about the kids. Our son is always well cared for and has a lot of fun. I never have a doubt that he’s in good hands when I drop him off.

The people! Miss Crystal and Miss Lindsey in Room 10 in Webster have been amazing. Our 3 year old has had Dad as his primary caregiver since he was 6 months old. We were very nervous about how he would transition to a classroom environment. They have helped him embrace going to school and he talks about them and the fun things they teach him every night!
Our 1.5 year old has Miss Jennifer as a teacher and he adores her. She quickly figured out a way to ease his drop off times, and he is flourishing in language and social skills since he started attending.
We could not be happier with our experience!
Very personable
I appreciate that everyone involved takes the time to know each child and their needs. Especially for infants who grow and develop at their own pace, it's wonderful to see the individual care and attention.
