Location, convenience of 24 hour drop off and pick up (we picked up our "kids" at 9:00 p.m this time, after 10:00 p.m the last time, can't do that anywhere else), cleanliness, efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

The 24/7 hours are great. It was nice being able to pick up our dog on Sunday evening instead of having to wait until Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend.

After the first time I came - they knew me and Zeus! They gave me all the information regarding his stay and play and they continue to do every time I come in!! He loves to come and play with his friends and loves all the attention he receives from the employees!!

I love how happy my dogs are when they see the staff members at AAPR. I like watching them play on the camera. And my favorite thing is that someone is with the dogs 24/7.

Loved that we could see her while we were away. The resort was very clean and we appreciated that it is staffed so well. Isabella seemed like she liked it and I would not hesitate to bring her back again if needed. Thank you for taking such good care of Isabella.
