Well-run and organized and the staff is very friendly, knowledgable - facility is spotless and well-designed - they offer a full range of services. It's nice to know someone is on-site 24/7 for boarding. My dog seems to enjoy it. : )

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

We love the report cards, so we know what our dogs were doing and how they reacted with other dogs. This helps us with training areas for them. We also loved having access to 24 hour cameras, so whenever we were missing them on vacation, we could log in and see them being well taken care of. We know they had a blast and were worn out, because they slept for two days after we brought them home!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I love that we can watch our dog, Kole, on camera several times a day when we are missing him. He seems very happy during play time and we feel secure that he is being well taken care of. I have called with a question during Kole's stay, my call is returned immediately if no one is available to answer when I call. I also love that we can pick him up at anytime during the day or night. When we travel, we want him back home with us right away. I think it's great that I can arrange a special pick up time to get him and not have to wait until the following day. I have recommended your Resort to a friend of ours on my sons travel baseball team. That family has been using your Resort on the same weekends that Kole has been staying with you in the last month. They have also used your daycare option when we are at the baseball fields for a long day.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

My Frenchton "Tanner" has stayed at your facility twice now...once for daycare & once for a week of boarding. My favorite thing is being able to watch him during his play times on the web cameras on my phone! It makes me very happy to see him running around playing and receiving love & attention from the employee's that tell me he is the "life of the party."
I had Tanner groomed the last time he was there and he came back to me very clean, soft and smelled great!
Highly recommend Towles Club K9.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

The genuine concern for my dogs well being. There are other places closer to my home but I couldn't deny my dogs what they like. And the staff are always polite and professional to me also.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate! The facilities are so clean and orderly, and I plan to bring my little Bichon, Ruff, there again very shortly for more playtime which he really loves!!

Love everything at Towles. Boarded my 3 poms for 4 days. Chelsea is the best! The whole staff takes great care of my dogs. This is the first time I had one of my dogs groomed and he turned out great! Cut exactly as I requested. Cole loves is summer "do".
