How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The organization is not very consistent anymore. I used to receive phone calls and emails to confirm attendance to the swim classes. Now it seems like, whoever is in charge of the phones doesn't have a clue of what's going on. Can't tell me when the next class is; and no one returns my voicemails. I almost lost a class yesterday because NOT ONE person was able to tell me what time the class was and if I was confirmed for it. Very disappointing service - lately ... it used to be much better in 2014.

Response from Swim Studio:

We looked up your account, and it appears that the email that you provided us has been coming back undeliverable. I'll have the office call you to get another email. It also looks like you've been switching days a lot recently, so we definitely want to get the notifications running again. When my office calls, we'll also follow up with which questions that we were not able to answer and then include it in some in-service.

Kyle was great, we got through a lot of stuff in a short period of time. The personalization was nice, and the facilities were great-- nice filming set-up and mirrors so you could see your own stroke.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

limiting your locations for advance level is pretty inconvenient for people that don't live that far north

Response from Swim Studio:

We want to have a deep water pool for our more advanced classes so we can work on safety and comfort at any depth. Unfortunately, Swift is our only option with Lake View HS down for the summer. We could do the lessons privately at our Swim Studio and work on just the swimming stroke skills. I'll have our office follow up with you.

What could we do to improve?

Coach changes too frequently which take kids to get used with certain skills. Hard to get makeup class in the weekend. Parking is nightmare at Easton location. Routine can be changed because my kid has been there for 6 months and routine never changed.

I was glad I caught you after your last class. We'll keep your son in the same class until you return from vacation in September, and then we'll look at trying him in the Infant-Toddler 2 class.

The skill level of swim coaches is great. My kids have learned a lot in a short time. I also like the ease of scheduling, they are always helpful in finding the time slot I need.

What could we do to improve?

We are in the 8:15am class every Sunday and the coach is always late. She runs over on the private lesson and then has to set up the pool. We don't get the full time we pay for.

What could we do to improve?

Love the staff and class structure but facility isn't ideal for parents with little kids. Not enough changing stations or room in the changing area/bathrooms. Classes can have up to 5 kids but there's accommodations for 2.
