We will tell the world how bad Amerispec is. They missed a broken window, have a photo of EVERY OTHER window except the broken won and REFUSE to work with us. They offer nothing other to say "We are sure the window wasn't broken, but refuse to produce the appropriate photo - interesting.
Instead of working with us and offering something, refuse to even speak with us.
Bad Bad customer relations
Customer was promptly contacted on multiple occasions. Inspection completed in February, broken window reported in April. Buyer, buyer's agent, seller, seller's agent all present at inspection. No one saw a broken window. Inspection is not a guaranty or warranty.
