AmeriSpec was so quick to schedule the inspector, and even reached out to the realtor for scheduling. Communication was great, I knew what was happening and when. If anything changed, they let me know. The report is easy and clear to understand. If I need an inspection in the future, AmeriSpec is who I am calling.
